STAGE 3
ASSOCIATE LEVEL (12 months)
With the first-year way behind us, the mentee is now an entrepreneur on a journey to becoming. This 3rd stage is 12 months long split into 2. The first six months is where the venture is polished, market research is undertaken, sourcing for co-founders among them happens and building a prototype. The second phase is working on finances, legal and company registration. This stage culminates with a pitch where interested seed funders are invited.

Phase 1: Refining the Vision (6 Months)
Polish Your Venture
Refine your business idea and model based on the feedback and lessons from the Graduate Level.
Conduct Market Research
Understand your target market, competitors, and customer needs to fine-tune your product or service.
Sourcing Co-founders
Collaborate with other like-minded individuals to find potential co-founders who complement your skills and share your vision.
Build a Prototype
Develop a prototype or MVP (minimum viable product) to test your idea in the real market.
Phase 2
Strengthening the Foundation (6 Months)
Finances
Establish solid financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to ensure sustainability.
Legal Structure
Work on creating a legal framework for your business, including choosing the right business structure, trademarks, and contracts.
Company Registration
Complete all the necessary steps to register your business and comply with local regulations.
