Our model of mentorship is both INDIVIDUAL and COLLECTIVE. We admit college age students who are between 18-26 years into our structured and graduated programme that takes at least two (2) years.

Our model on-loads mentees once a year. Admission is strictly through an interview process. The candidate must demonstrate willingness to go through the voluntary four (4) step process as follows;
